Snowhawk, Dragon Duel

Un achat très intéressant je dois dire, trouvé en vente sur ebay à prix réduit : ce dragon a en réalité reçu un sale coup et conséquence : la queue se retrouve en 3 parties. Le vendeur acceptant les offres, j'ai tenté ma chance et finalement je l'ai obtenu à moitié prix. Il est donc arrivé casser (pour une fois la Poste n'y ai pour rien ^^) voir ici : /arktoss/public/Dragons/Snowhawk_ar.... Ce n'est pas bien grave puisque les cassures sont très nettes (et il possède son certificat d'authenticité, ce n'est pas indispensable mais c'est une pièce conséquente alors je préfère l'avoir). Avec un peu de super glu, le voilà comme neuf, les traces ne sont visibles que si on s'approche à 10cm ^^ (en plus étant blanc, c'est vraiment invisible).
Il a vraiment une position dynamique, et j'aime beaucoup son numéro de série aussi =p.

The clash of the two dragons shook the rocks and the bellow of their mighty voices bombarded the air. A storm of talons raked furiously at each others armoured bellies, the hooked claws of their forelimbs tearing and scratching to try and penetrate the thick body plates. The awesome crushing jaws of the monsters clashed and mauled, each fearsome gape reaching for the other’s throat, whilst the four great canopies of skin thrashed and stabbed at their flailing limbs, causing the pliant heads of the bushy trees below to bend and dance with the resulting squall of gusts…

NB : ce dragon est en duel avec un autre du nom de Kirrock, peut-être que j'arriverai à trouver son adversaire à bon prix qui sait =p.

Karaxus

Mon 52ème dragon, 16ème Enchantica... j'aurai pas du les compter ce matin o_o'.

The beast of myth and rumour was the rarest of creatures:
A dragon with powers of enchantment, Its skin was reputed to shine in the sun like precious argent, and at certain times to shed scales of real silver. Scales of Karaxus were said to possess remarkable powers. If one was used to make a vessel in which a medicine was prepared then that remedial draught became enchanted panacea to cure all ills. A beauty cream applied as a mask with a scale spatula transformed the face of the subject into one of great loveliness. A mail shirt of layered silver scales rendered the wearer impregnable to injury, be they set upon by sword, lance, arrow or even dragon fire. Little wonder then that the scales of Karaxus were valued highly. The silver dragon was said to be the slave of an evil old sorceress called Melidan, who kept the noble creature prisoner in a high tower in a far off lonely valley. Melidan kept the dragon hostage so that she alone could have possession of its precious gifts; and charge a high price to those who had need or were desirous of the silver scales' inique powers. Melidan's castle clung precariously to the sheer, craggy face of a high cliff. It was a small cluster of crumbling towers the largest of which had at its base a great arch sealed with a strong web of iron bars. Imprisoned in the chamber within was the Silver Dragon..

Jewel Dragon

Mon dragon australien est finalement arrivé plus tôt que prévu.
Il a été très bien emballé et malgré son voyage d'un antipode à l'autre, il est indemne (et avec son certificat). Certainement acheté en Angleterre, voir aux Etats-Unis, ce dragon a dû parcourir une distance équivalente à 1 tour du monde si ce n'est plus o_O.
Il n'est pas près à repartir de ma vitrine ce petit globe-trotter ^^.

Closely related to the Sky Dancers, the Jewel Dragons were a fabulous breed of creatures, used by the holy men of Eyesand to celebrate the “fruits” of the mountains. These colourful dragons would be adorned with gold and precious stones, and fly in the special thanksgiving ceremonies. Dazzling aerial displays would accompany the lighting of great beacons and the sound of mighty trumpets. Over a delighted throng the dragons would swoop and soar, their ornamental wings sparkling in the light of the dancing flames.

Ocean Dragon et Saalemnok

Arrivage de dragons depuis la Hollande ^^
Après du Disney, Sideshow, Gentle Giant... on en revient à la bonne vieille collec Enchantica avec une pièce déjà ancienne : Ocean dragon, sorti en 1996, et Saalemnok, plus récent, sorti en 2002. Ce dernier est arrivé comme Bloodhorn... soit avec une aile cassée et une pointe dorsale au fond du carton... sans certificat aussi... mais à 15€ le dragon (au lieu de 65) on ne va pas se plaindre.
Pour Ocean il est arrivé intacte et avec son certif dans sa joli boîte "Enchantica" (un vieux modèle d'ailleurs). Un peu de rangement s'impose =p.

Gremba's Trophy

Repéré depuis des mois, j'attendais une baisse du prix qui n'est jamais venue ^^'

The mountains of the North are the homelands to the fearful hoards of Goblins ruled by their mighty king, Gremba. Within the heart of these mountains a macabre relic stands. Carved from ancient stone and primitively painted, a head of a dragon altar lies within the cavern pools of Grembas royal chambers. Lit only by torches, it's base littered with the trophies of the dead, slain elves, humans and dwarves by Gremba's own hand, a marque so revered within Goblin society that none would ever question, or rise to take his throne for fear of his skill with the double blades. However, Gremba¹s darker side also reveals a temperament totally unknown within the Goblin culture. A cave dragon known 'affectionately' as Kronnok, a goblin slang term meaning guardian, reared by his own hand, this orphan dragon became Gremba's loyal Associate, keeping guard of his royal chambers and keeping his enemies at bay. A dark, menacing beast, it's hide covered in dark, smooth scales. Its red eyes, so piercing, can see deeply into the darkened depths of the caverns. Wings of shimmering black leather cast an eerie shadow within the trophy walls A menacing threat to all but Gremba, King to the Wolves of the North.
